We recommend that you store your cupcakes at room temperature and enjoy them at their freshest, on the day of purchase. If you will be consuming the cupcakes more than 24 hours after purchasing them, you can freeze them and they are good for up to 10 days after they are purchased. To freeze- plastic wrap the bakery box or place the cupcakes in an airtight container before placing in the freezer. When you are ready to enjoy them, leave the box at room temperature for 2–3 hours before they are to be served.

Do I need to order my cupcakes in advance?
Not at all! We are happy to serve walk-in customers with a variety of cupcake flavors available daily in our bakery. However, pre-orders are a great way to ensure you get the exact flavor(s) you want. Pre-orders with at least two (2) days advance notice can be placed here.
Can I order cupcakes in advance?

Can I place a custom cupcake order for same day pick-up?
Because we are a small family owned business, we request that all pre-orders be placed two (2) days in advance of the day you need them. When circumstances allow, we do our best to accommodate same day order requests. In any event, you may always come into the bakery during our regular business hours and purchase any number of cupcakes available daily as a walk-in customer.
I need a larger quantity of cupcakes. Should I call ahead and pre-order them?
Yes, please! We strongly encourage pre-orders for quantities of 24 or more cupcakes. Pre-orders allow us to plan accordingly to ensure our walk-in customers have a nice selection and variety of cupcakes to choose from.
When is the best time to pick up cupcakes?
For the best selection, we recommend stopping in the morning. We do our best throughout the day to ensure we have a selection of cupcakes to choose from. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all cupcake flavors will be available throughout the entire day.
Yes, advance orders require payment be made at the time of ordering. In the event, something occurs that affects your scheduled event date, please contact us to discuss options.

In the event of cancellation, your payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. If the order is cancelled, all expenses incurred on behalf of the finished product must be paid.

We take pride in our baked goods. If we have been deficient in the production of your product and you are not satisfied, bring your entire order back to the shoppe within 24 hours. Without proof that you are unhappy with the product and will not be serving it, we WILL NOT refund any portion of your payment. We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves to determine whether a refund will be given. If it is decided that a refund is due, it will be in the form of in-store credit given by a gift certificate within 7 days of the product being returned. No cash refunds will be given for any reason!
delivery and pick-up
Yes! We are happy to deliver locally within 2-miles of Sweethearts with advanced notice. The minimum order for delivery is one dozen cupcakes. Please allow a three-hour time window for delivery.
Do you deliver cupcakes?
We do not. Sweethearts delivers cupcakes only in our local market.
Do you ship your cupcakes by mail?
· At the time of pick-up, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cupcakes once they leaves Sweethearts possession.
· If you fail to pick up your order during normal business hours, Sweethearts will not issue a refund, regardless of the circumstances. We will be happy to remake the product for you if needed again, however, you must pay for both items.
· We do photograph our cupcakes before being picked up. We reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

Can you do custom cupcake decorations?
We offer gluten-free and vegan cupcakes for custom order. However, Sweethearts is not an allergen-free bakery. Since we bake with high volumes of wheat (gluten) flour on our premises, we advise customers with severe gluten allergies to err on the side of caution and refrain from eating our cupcakes.
