care instructions... Our cakes are best served at just below room temperature. If you are serving the cake on the day that you pick it up from the shoppe, you can choose to keep it out of direct sunlight in a cool area or refrigerate it. If you choose to refrigerate your cake, please take it out 30 minutes prior to serving to ensure soft cake and creamy buttercream.
